Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Rachel Cantin was bit with the acting bug at an early age. Rachel is a force to be reckoned with both in front and behind the camera. She has appeared in TV shows "Incredible Story Studio" and "Corner Gas". She co-created, co-wrote and co-starred in the web series, "Over The Fence". She made her professional theatre debut with Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan in 2015 and appeared with the 2015 Festival Company for Weesageechak Begins to Dance 28 through Native Earth Performing Arts. Her voice work includes both TV and Radio commercials. Behind the camera, she is credited as production assistant on the 2013 thriller, "Bread Theives" and worked as Craft Services/First Aid on "Chokeslam" and " The Adventure Club". Rachel has three short films coming out in 2016. She plays Jen in "The Joys of Coupling", a film which she also wrote and produced. She plays Karina in the short film "PULL" and the tough as nails Detective Angie Carter in "Graffiti Alley". 2016 also marks the launch of Fifth Arsenal Films, a production company that Rachel and her business partner, Natasha Arsenault, have co-founded. Rachel currently resides in Toronto, Ontario.
